OneSource Employer Services, Inc. was started by Roberta Merker and Steve Klaproth in 2001. Roberta has been in the PEO business since 1982 and Steve since 1992. Both Roberta and Steve were successful in building former PEO’s as employee Sales Representatives. When we started our own PEO we wanted to incorporate a “personal touch” approach with our clients. We believe that when a client entrusts us with their human resource and employee administrative needs, we need to be available to them. We both actively sell and participate in servicing our clients. As owners we believe in hiring competent, highly qualified internal employees to service the needs of our clients. We are proud of the team of professionals that work with us at OneSource and we are proud to say that we have had no employee turnover since the inception of the company. Stability is one of the key components to running a successful business. We work closely with our clients to assist them in staying compliant with state and federal regulatory compliance and showing them how to improve their overall workforce and profitability.
